In non-escape related news, I just wanted to congratulat same-sex couples for the recent landmark decision in the States. Yay equal rights!

Escape Room Niagara Falls has replaced their Attic room with a theatre-themed Backstage room, for 3-8 players.
The show will go on, with or without you.
You have 60 minutes to earn your big break and decode your way to the stage. Solve your way through a series of theatrical puzzles, find hidden clues and codes and unlock that final door before the curtain rises.

Xscaper Arts has finished replacing their Entrapment room with a new Kingsmen (the movie) themed room. It’s a 60 minute room for 2-6 players.
Kingsman is an independent international intelligent agency that aim to protect the weak and preserve peace. Every time an agent passes away, the headquarter will assemble a group of candidates to participate in a very challenging test in order to select the next generation Kingsman Agents.
As a candidate, your mentors will test from various different aspects in order to make sure that you are the right one. Do you have what it takes to become a Kingsman? Find out in our Kingsman room.

Escape Mission was formerly known as Triango. It has come to my attention that the owners have changed. They have removed the chinese-specific puzzles out of the Dragon Lodge, and have now built their third room, The Great Pharoahs.
You and your friends become the explorer in this daring adventure of discovering the secrets of ancient Egypt Culture. Suddenly you find yourself lost your way. Will you survive the dangers?

Some mysterious posters have been popping up in Toronto Subway stations listing an “Escape Game Series” at Casa Loma! Very mysterious.

AT Escape has written on their website that their Bunker room is new and improved.

Mystery Room has made changes to all their existing rooms. I noticed the name changes a while ago, but the themes all seemed identical, and I wasn’t sure that anything had actually changed. Someone informed me that the puzzles are different.

Ongoing News
Ye Olde Dandy’s has changed the format of their escape rooms. Instead of the standard format, Ye Olde Dandy’s now has different ‘campaigns’ held in the same room. “They’re entirely separate puzzles and story lines but they occupy the same physical world.” They currently have The Puzzle Campaign and The Card Campaign, with the third, The Wood Campaign, coming by the end of the week.

Improbable Escapes is an upcoming facility that will open in Kingston in July.

Real Escape Game announced that if you book tickets for either Escape from the Time Travel Lab or Escape from the Mysterious Room before Thursday June 18, 2015 at 12:01AM, you’ll enter a draw to win free tickets to Escape from the Cursed Forest. The draw would occur on July 6th. Escape from the Cursed Forest has a puzzlehunt format very similar to Escape from the Bank, not to be confused with the escape rooms: Escape From the Time Travel Lab or Escape From the Mysterious Room.
